Cooperative members

Helvetia Life policyholders, as well as companies that are affiliated with a Helvetia collective foundation, can become members of Patria Cooperative. Members include both natural persons and legal entities.

Assembly of Delegates

The cooperative’s Assembly of Delegates consists of 50 members from all parts of Switzerland. Among other duties, the Assembly of Delegates elects the members of the Board of Directors and the auditor, and approves the annual report and financial statements.

The Board of Directors

Patria Cooperative is managed by a six-member Board of Directors. Dr. Yvonne Wicki Macus serves as its Chair and Isabel Frey Kuttler as its Vice-Chair. Dr. Wicki Macus and the board member Dr. René Cotting both represent Patria Cooperative on the Board of Directors of Helvetia Baloise.
